[video] DIY handmade stencil Back Patch Tutorial - punk, industrial, rivethead patches

A simple tutorial on how I make stencils for patches (and other things). Making patches like this is easy!

1. Just grab some acetate or DuraLar, trace and cut an image you want to stencil.
2. Spray the back of the stencil lightly with a temporary spray adhesive
3. Apply the stencil to your surface and pat down to ensure a tight seal.
4. Paint it! I used a fabric spray paint here.
5. Remove your stencil and take a look at your fine work. Aren't you the best!?

Have you ever made a patch like this? Feel free to share your DIY patches in the comments or submit them to my Tumblr!
